Welcome! Please take a moment to read through our policies before making a purchase to understand what we can do for you and our terms of sale.
Shipping, Duties and Taxes:
The actual shipping and handling costs (based on the quantity ordered and your destination) may vary from the default value shown in Paypal or Square. You will pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the destination.
If the cost does vary, we will contact you to give you the exact quote for these costs, upon request and when an order is placed. We will also contact you to approve the costs prior to shipping. Sales tax is added to US orders where applicable. The purchaser is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees on international orders.
We encourage you to email us for quotes on international shipping.
Payment:
We accept Paypal and Square payments.
Payment is always due at the time of purchase. If we don’t receive payment within 3 days of purchasing your item we will cancel the sale.
Where:
We ship to anywhere serviced by the USPS, FEDEX OR UPS within 1 week upon receiving payment when item is in stock, otherwise an estimate for shipmate/backorder date will be provided.
All domestic orders include tracking. Orders over $50 include insurance.
Internationally, we ship via First Class International unless the package is too large for that service and then we ship via Priority Mail.
Due to the nature of international shipping we cannot offer tracking or insurance to customers outside the U.S. unless they request upgrading their shipping to Priority Mail, which will require additional charges. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade to Priority and I’ll adjust your fees to include these charges. On International orders over $100.00 insurance is required.
Though we take great care in packing and shipping, any uninsured item lost or damaged on route is the responsibility of the buyer and must be dealt with via the USPS.
Upgrading to Express shipping is available for an additional charge within the US. Please contact me to see if we can accommodate your request.
Cancellations:
An order may be canceled within 3 days of when the order was placed.

Returns:
Stock items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving them. Stock items shipped for return within 7 days will receive a full refund.
All items returned must be new, unused, packed in the original packaging with the product tags and instructions still included.
Special orders are non-refundable.
We take great care in photographing and describing our items and we are always happy to answer any questions prior to purchase.
Color variations can occur between what you see and what is shown that are beyond our control due to the differences between computer monitor calibrations. Therefore, if you have any questions regarding color or scale of a product, we suggest you contact us and we’ll do our best to answer your questions prior to purchase.
